WHAT’S INCLUDED

Enjoy 3 days/nights at the award winning Snug Hollow Retreat Center in the Appalachian Mountains of KY. Gorgeous shared accommodation in one of the beautiful cabins.

All gourmet vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks).

One hour-long session with an onsite healing arts practitioner (sign up upon arrival, first come, first serve)

All activities and programming included. Click here to see programming.

Travel expenses to and from Snug Hollow not included, however we do have a shuttle service from Lexington, KY for an additional fee (select this option upon registration)

PRICING INFORMATION

$2000 for Pollinate Patreon members or groups of two or more. *

$2500 Individual Early Bird registration available until July 2nd, 2025.

$3000 after July 1st, 2025.   


*All paid patreon members (new memberships must commitment of one year) are eligible. Sign up for any of these membership levels HERE before you register for the weekend. Pollinate Patreon members enjoy the discount to Crone Fire as well as exclusive monthly member content, bi-annual apothocary creations, and discounts to other Pollinate Retreats and programming..  

Group Discounts
Available for a group of 2 or more. All groups must purchase in one order.

Payment Plans and Scholarships
You can pay your registration in equal monthly automated installaments through September 1st, 2025.

 FAQs

  • Everyone will have their own bed in a shared space, but if you have special needs please let us know so we can see if there is a way to meet your need!

  • Yes! Just indicate your preferences when you register. If you need to prep your own food we have plenty of cold storage and kitchen space to prep and reheat.

  • Yes. You will receive one, on hour session with an onsite practitioner. First come, first serve signup will be available at check in. If there is additional availability open through out the weekend. You may sing up additional services. Tipping is encouraged.

  • We do! You can access our monthly payment plans upon registering.

  • Yes. We will have free time built into the schedule should you want to explore the area around Snug Hollow. We have planned a weekend that builds on each part of the schedule to provide you with the best journey possible, so we ask that you be present for group activities and meals. Please also let a staff person know if you’re leaving the premises.

    • Clothes.

    • Weather appropriate shoes for walking and hiking.

    • Toiletries.

    • Medications.

    • Chargers.

    • Reading materials, journal, knitting, etc.

    • Money, ID, travel docs.

  • Feel free to bring light snacks or beverages if you’d like. If you need to bring specially prepared food please reach out to us with your needs so we can accommodate you.

  • Yes, just indicate your friend’s name during the registration process.

  • Yes, we will have golf carts and mobility assistance available for those who need it!

  • 18 and over, and no there isn’t a max age!

  • Yes we do! It is comparable to Uber pricing and cheaper than a rental car and we know where we are headed! You can register for this online and we’ll contact you to coordinate!

  • This is an intimate retreat. We anticipate no more than 50 people onsite with this staff included in that number.

  • Pollinate Ritual is an organization based in central Iowa devoted to human healing and therapuetic community. We have 25 years of event experience and have hosted numerous retreats since our founding in 2019. We encompass a collective of healing arts practitioners that work and collaborate out of the Pollinate Hive House in Des Moines Iowa.
